At Rent Rover Lahore, we aim to provide a smooth and transparent booking experience. Since we operate in the short-term rental and accommodation service industry, our policy is focused on reservation confirmation, cancellations, and refund eligibility.
✅ Booking Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed only after:
Availability is verified by our team, and
Payment/advance has been received (if applicable).
❌ No Refund After Check-In
Once the guest checks in and receives access to the apartment:
No refund will be issued, regardless of the duration of stay remaining.
If the guest decides to leave early, the remaining stay amount is non-refundable.
This is because once the apartment is allotted, we block it for that guest and turn down other bookings.
✅ Cancellation Before Check-In
If the guest cancels the booking before check-in, then:
Refund may be issued if cancellation is done at least 48 hours before check-in.
If cancellation is done less than 48 hours before check-in, the payment is non-refundable.
🏦 Payment & Transfer Policy
Payments are accepted through bank transfer or other approved methods.
Any refund (if eligible) will be transferred back to the same bank/mobile account used for payment.
❌ No Refund For:
Change of plan or personal reasons after booking confirmation
Incorrect or incomplete information provided by the guest
Failure to provide original CNIC at check-in (required for verification)
🏠 Apartment Condition & Responsibility
If any damage is caused to the apartment, furniture, electronics, or accessories:
Repair/replacement charges will apply and must be paid by the guest.
🔒 Security & Misuse
Rent Rover Lahore reserves the right to cancel the booking immediately (without refund) if:
The guest violates building rules
Any illegal activity is suspected
Misbehavior with staff or property management occurs
